Pre-University Forum 2025

As part of the grand activities that marked our 2025 Graduation Week, Medmina College hosted its highly anticipated annual virtual talk, “Beyond the Tassel: Pre-University Forum.” 🎓💡

This enriching event is tailored to equip both our graduating and senior students with firsthand guidance on how to navigate life after secondary school — whether in Nigeria or abroad. What makes the session even more inspiring is that the wisdom comes from our own alumni who once walked the same halls and have now spread their wings to institutions and careers across the globe. 🌐✨

This year’s alumni panel was filled with powerhouse voices from various academic and professional backgrounds:

• MUHAMMAD OYEYEMI – Class of 2020, Mechanical Engineering, University of Ilorin, Nigeria
• MARIAM ADIGUN – Class of 2019, Molecular Biology & Genetics, Abdullah Gül University, Türkiye
• AISHA ZAKARIYAH – Class of 2022, MBBS, Nahda University, Egypt
• AYMAN IBRAHIM – Class of 2019, Business Administration, Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada

These exceptional young leaders shared personal stories, discussed academic transitions, adapting to new cultures, managing independence, building a strong work ethic, and staying grounded in values while chasing goals. Their honesty and relatability made the forum not just informative, but incredibly uplifting.

The virtual format allowed for wide participation, and our students actively engaged with the speakers through Q&A segments — gaining clarity, encouragement, and practical advice for the road ahead. 🚀
